Turn denied applicants into future buyers.

A client fails on debt-to-income and you tell them to pay down debt and come back in six months. They rarely do. Sponsor them on NavFi instead: they set their destination DTI, pick the Debt Slayer route, and get the next move every morning until they come back to your closing table qualified.

Apply and we email you a link to book your call within a few business days. On the call: block pricing and the pilot terms for a 10-seat Brokerage Block.

The problem

The ghosted pipeline.

When a client fails to qualify, "pay down debt and come back in six months" rarely works. Without daily guidance, life happens, debt lingers, and the lead goes cold. You lose a future commission because the client never had a tactical plan to fix their math.

The solution

The NavFi Debt Slayer engine.

NavFi is not a passive spreadsheet. It is a turn-by-turn optimization engine. A sponsored client connects their accounts, enters their target DTI, and selects the Debt Slayer route. Every morning it hands them the exact next move: which card to pay, how much to send, and the date that avoids interest traps.

How the partnership works
  1. Identify the gap. You run the numbers and see a client is 6 to 12 months from qualifying because of cash flow or revolving debt.
  2. Sponsor the route. Instead of a rejection, you gift them a one-year NavFi license, often treated as a marketing expense; confirm with your accountant.
  3. Ongoing engagement. NavFi tracks more than 2,400 data points and re-optimizes the plan every morning from live balances. A missed payment or a surprise bill reroutes the plan instead of ending it, and the Debt Slayer Navi keeps the client on the route for the full year of the seat.
  4. Outcome tracking. Every block reports in aggregate: seats activated, still navigating at day 90, and readiness milestones reached toward the target DTI. Never an individual client's numbers.
  5. Close the deal. The client hits their destination DTI faster and returns directly to you: loyal, qualified, and ready to buy.

No lender pilot results are published yet. The first Brokerage Blocks set the benchmark, and their aggregate results go to the lenders who run them.

What a 10-seat pilot reports
  1. Activation. Seats that finish onboarding and get a live route. A gifted seat that never opens the app does not count.
  2. Still navigating at day 90. Sponsored clients who are still getting and acting on daily directions three months in.
  3. Readiness. Milestones reached toward the target DTI, reported in aggregate across the block.
  4. Recovered closings. Sponsored clients who come back to your table qualified. You tell us, we count it, and the block report shows it.

Questions

Before you apply.

How does sponsoring a client work?

You buy a Brokerage Block of one-year licenses, starting with a 10-seat pilot. When an applicant falls short on debt-to-income, you gift them a seat instead of a rejection. They connect their accounts, set their target DTI, choose the Debt Slayer route, and get their next move every morning. When they qualify, they come back to you.

Do I see my client's finances?

No. You sponsor the seat. The client's data stays with the client, and NavFi never shares or sells it. What you do see is the block in aggregate: activation, activity at day 90 and readiness milestones. You will know a client is ready when they tell you.

What does a seat cost?

A seat is a one-year NavFi license at the annual rate, purchased in blocks. Block pricing and the pilot terms are shared on the intro call.
